GroupDelete is a standalone desktop app that provides the following services:

• Bulk deletion of Facebook groups you manage
• Safety features to prevent accidental deletions
• Local operation without data transmission to our servers
• User interface for selecting and managing group deletions

2. User Responsibilities

When using GroupDelete, you agree to:

• Only delete Facebook groups that you own or have permission to manage
• Understand that group deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Use the app in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service
• Not use the app for malicious purposes or to harm others
• Backup any important group content before deletion
• Review all selections carefully before confirming deletions

3. How GroupDelete Works

Understanding our local-first approach:

• Local Operation: GroupDelete runs as a desktop app in its own sandboxed browser
• No Data Collection by Default: We do not collect Facebook data or personal information. Optional debug sharing is off unless you turn it on in the app.
• Direct Facebook Communication: The app communicates directly with Facebook using your existing session
• User Control: You maintain complete control over your Facebook account and data

4. Privacy and Data Protection

GroupDelete's privacy commitments:

• We do not collect Facebook credentials, groups, or member data
• We do not store any Facebook data
• We do not sell or share any user data
• We do not track your browsing. If you turn on Share debug with GroupDelete, we store errors and app operations only, and we delete that data when you turn it off
• Your Facebook credentials remain secure with Facebook

5. Limitation of Liability

GroupDelete is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Accidental deletion of Facebook groups
• Loss of group content or member information
• Facebook policy changes that affect app functionality
• Browser compatibility issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Facebook Terms Compliance

GroupDelete users must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service. We recommend:

• Reviewing Facebook's current Terms of Service
• Understanding Facebook's policies on automated tools
• Using GroupDelete responsibly and ethically
• Respecting the rights of group members when deleting groups

7. Service Availability

GroupDelete service availability:

• Service depends on Facebook's website structure and policies
• We may update the app to maintain compatibility
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Facebook changes may temporarily affect functionality

8. Pricing and Payments

GroupDelete payment terms:

• GroupDelete Pro: One-time fee of $24.99 USD with 6 months of updates
• GroupDelete Lifetime: One-time fee of $149.99 USD with lifetime updates
• All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of GroupDelete as locally-executed software, all sales are final:

• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• GroupDelete operates entirely on your local machine and delivers its full functionality immediately upon purchase
• Because the software runs locally and cannot be "returned," refunds after the 7-day window are not applicable
• All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service:

• Your access is tied to your one-time purchase
• We may terminate service for Terms of Service violations
• Service termination does not affect previously deleted groups
• Upon termination, your access to the app will end

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of GroupDelete after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
