9. Refund Policy

• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• GroupDelete operates entirely on your local machine and delivers its full functionality immediately upon purchase
• Because the software runs locally and cannot be "returned," refunds after the 7-day window are not applicable
• All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service:
